Digital Health Scan
The Digital Health Scan is tailor-made for Pharma companies. An initial portfolio scan takes place at a discovery interview. The goal is to identify your digital measure R&D focus areas in DEEP and start to build your private interest register, based on these focus areas. The next step is for DEEP to have interviews with the key stakeholders in your company to determine their needs and how DEEP can help meet these.
Typical questions we ask are:
-
What are the disease areas of interest?
-
What are the contexts of use for the digital measures in these areas?
-
What is the scientific maturity of the solution (definition, interpretation, validation), considering the disease area and context of use.
Service Alignment
The purpose of the Service Alignment workshop is to review the DEEP-specific list of services against the service provider's existing services and identify which DEEP services are of interest.
The DEEP-specific services include both relatively commonly offered services, such as briefing book development in a regulatory mission, as well as more novel services, such as profiling services to create Target Solution Profiles. All of the DEEP services are designed to be consistent with the DEEP model and optimized in terms of interoperability with the DEEP system and other services. Many of the services leverage specific DEEP tooling, e.g. the model or the system.
Specific service design requires the alignment and integration of the service provider's expertise, tools and capabilities with the DEEP-specific service blueprint.
The outcome of the Service Alignment workshop is a list of prioritized services of interest that can then be taken into actual service design workshops.
