Digital Measures Advocacy Programs
DEEP operates the Global Advocacy Network (GAN) that coordinates external advocacy efforts globally and delivers innovation projects with key authorities to design and implement a global blueprint for digital measure reviews and acceptance.
Nocturnal Scratch Program
Nocturnal scratching significantly impacts the lives of millions suffering from atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. While promising digital solutions may exist, we lack validated measures for clinical trials and patient care. DEEP is spearheading efforts to change this.
We are aiming to create regulatory accepted digital measures for nocturnal scratch. We are building on groundbreaking work by DiMe, the EMA Pilot and Decode.
We're launching two collaborative missions to develop and validate digital measures for nocturnal scratch assessment, focusing on meeting FDA and EMA regulatory requirements.
Development Programs
DEEP methods and tools are used for different digital measures initiatives to execute them end-to-end.
Mobility measures in Parkinson's Disease, extensions to other areas
Cognition measures in neurodegenerative diseases
Respiratory measures in Asthma, COPD, ...
Sleep measures and their application in a range of contexts of use
Seizures in Epilepsy and other conditions
Contact us if you want to be a part of the co-creation team to advance digital measures for these or other programs.
Digital Measures for Motor Speech
Motor speech is a critical endpoint in clinical trials for diseases such as Parkinson’s and related disorders. Digital tools, can provide objective measurements of speech patterns, offering insights into disease progression and treatment efficacy.
DEEP is aiming to create accepted digital measures for speech and voice analysis to improve data collection and processing, streamline clinical trial workflow and enhance drug development programs
We are launching two initiatives (missions) aiming to digitalize and automate measures of speech in Parkinson and related disorders
