About the role​

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and process optimization. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in financial administration, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. 

What you will do

  • Financial Reporting & Statements – Prepare and manage profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 

  • Budget Management – Develop and monitor budgets, provide financial forecasts, and report variances. 

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and timely collections, ensuring smooth financial operations. 

  • Cash Flow Management – Compile forecasts and manage liquidity to meet financial obligations. 

  • Trial Balance & Reconciliations – Maintain the trial balance, perform monthly reconciliations, and ensure data integrity. 

  • Compliance & Taxation – Ensure adherence to financial regulations, support tax preparation, and assist in audits. 

  • Investor & Board Reporting – Prepare financial summaries, key performance indicators (KPIs), and insights for investor updates. 

  • Subscriptions & DEEP Services Balances – Ensure accurate financial tracking of subscriptions, missions, services budgets, and deferred revenues. 

  • Debtor & Creditor Management – Actively monitor and manage outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments. 

  • Accountant Coordination – Act as the primary liaison with external accountants ensuring payroll, accounting, and financial reporting are verified and reconciled accurately. 

 

Your qualifications and skills​

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial administration (preferably in SaaS or tech). 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. 

  • Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Netvisor, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. 

 

Good to have: 

  • Knowledge of international financial regulations and tax laws (Finland and Spain preferred). 

  • Experience with subscription-based business models. 

  • Certifications in accounting or financial management.
