What you’ll do
As a Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day project management of client projects involving e.g. pharmaceutical companies, digital health technology providers, academia, patient organisations, and regulatory agencies. You will be managing all aspects of the projects including partner discussions, contracting, project planning, communication, organising and facilitating meetings and workshops, planning and tracking timelines, conflict and issue resolution and bringing internal and external resources as needed. You will focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You are enthusiastic, organized, and have attention to detail. You thrive in a project leadership role and assume full ownership of the success of your projects. You like keeping everything and everyone on track for successful outcomes.

Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry. You have prior experience in clinical research technologies or medical technologies. Experience in digital health and regulatory agency interaction is considered an advantage.

You can fluently bring a message in written and spoken English to diverse audiences. You have strong communication skills. You can collect the needs of customers and translate these into actions that result in value and lead to customer satisfaction and communicate your learnings with the team. You are enthusiastic, organized, and have attention to detail. You thrive in a project leadership role and assume full ownership of the success of your projects. You like keeping everything and everyone on track for successful outcomes.
You are located in Europe, preferably in Finland or Spain. You are okay to work 100% remotely. You are open to travel 10% for team gatherings, conferences and other events.
