What you’ll do
As our Finance and HR Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, seamlessly blending financial management with HR expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:

Financial Management: Prepare and manage financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring they meet industry standards. You’ll oversee budget management, accounts payable and receivable, and cash flow, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, oversee payroll, and manage the recruitment and onboarding process. You’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies that align with our strategic goals.

Contract and Vendor Management: Administer subscription-based contracts, manage consulting agreements, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations.

Who you are
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in both finance and HR. You have a strong grasp of financial management, including the preparation of financial statements, budget management, and cash flow analysis. Your HR expertise spans employee records management, payroll, recruitment, and the implementation of HR best practices, preferably within the contexts of Finnish and Spanish labor laws.
You’re also tech-savvy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial management software like Netvisor and QuickBooks, as well as HR management systems.
