What you’ll do

As a Project Manager at DEEP Measures, you will play a pivotal role in managing collaboration projects among pharmaceutical companies, digital health technology providers, academia, patient organizations, regulatory agencies, and other ecosystem members. You will ensure the successful execution of delivery plan activities, Missions, and projects, providing leadership and structure to drive high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include: 

​

• Leading and inspiring project teams, ensuring alignment with goals and deliverables. 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and plans. 

• Tracking and documenting progress using appropriate tools and methodologies. 

• Managing contracting, scoping, and budgeting for projects and Missions. 

• Coordinating resources, ensuring timely and effective delivery. 

• Identifying and mitigating project risks, addressing challenges proactively. 

• Facilitating communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. 

• Monitoring budget and financials to ensure adherence to constraints. 

• Driving quality assurance and ensuring deliverables meet expectations. 

• Overseeing project closure activities, including documentation and knowledge transfer. 

Who you are

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical project management and digital health technologies.

Required qualifications and experience: 

​

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., pharmacology, biology, computer science). Master’s degree is a plus. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry. 

• Prior experience in clinical research technologies or medical technologies. 

• Proven ability to lead projects successfully and ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills. 

 

Desirable qualifications: 

​

• Experience working with major pharmaceutical companies. 

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). 

• Experience in digital health measures and regulatory interactions.
