What you will do:

We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to be the IT business partner across all functions of our growing tech company. In this role, you’ll combine strategic oversight with practical support, ensuring our teams and people have the tools and secure environment they need to succeed.

​

Key responsibilities include

• Be the IT business partner for every function at DEEP

• Plan the company IT stack and support adoption of systems

• Drive adoption of productivity and collaboration tools, including AI tools

• Manage Microsoft 365, user access, and hardware with our external IT provider

• Partner with our external IT provider on security and operations

• Implement effective and secure change management for IT

• Provide training and tips on how to best use the tools

• Ensure systems, access, and processes meet security standards

Who you are:

• Communicative and approachable team player

• Good coordination skills

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills

• Hands-on mindset: ready to set up, fix, and improve• Experience in information security (ISO27001 experience a plus)
